Celtic could take a huge step towards recapturing the Scottish Premiership title when they travel to face bitter rivals Rangers in the Old Firm Derby.

The Hoops currently lie three points ahead of Giovanni van Bronckhorst's men at the top of the table and last tasted defeat in the league back in September.

Goals from Reo Hatate and Liel Abada helped end Celtic's winless run against Rangers back in February, but Ange Postecoglou will be aware that his side have been defeated on their last four visits to Ibrox.

Here's how the Hoops could line up on Sunday lunchtime.

1. Goalkeeper & defenders

Joe Hart (GK) - The former City stopper has proven a huge upgrade on Vasilis Barkas between the posts.

Josip Juranovic (RB) - Made the right back spot his own in recent months despite stiff competition from Anthony Ralston.

Cameron Carter-Vickers (CB) - Has been an ever-present for the Hoops since arriving on loan from Tottenham in the summer.

Carl Starfelt (CB) - The Swede has enjoyed an upturn in form after a difficult adaptation period in Glasgow.

Greg Taylor (LB) - Links up extremely effectively with Jota on the left-hand side, constantly looking to underlap.

2. Midfielders

Callum McGregor (CM) - Played with a broken jaw in the last Old Firm meeting, underlining his importance to this Celtic side.

Reo Hatate (CM) - Quite the Old Firm introduction earlier this year, netting twice in his first taste of the fixture.

Matt O'Riley (CM) - Not as technically gifted as Tom Rogic, but his endeavour off-the-ball is tailor made for this fixture.

3. Forwards

Liel Abada (RW) - Has proven really effective at stealing in at the far post to score, as Rangers discovered to their detriment in the February fixture.

Giorgos Giakoumakis (ST) - His last two outings at Celtic Park have yielded hat-tricks.

Jota (LW) - Pace and trickery in abundance, becoming a hugely consistent creative threat for the Hoops.
