New signing Maxime Esteve was forced off against Liverpool last weekend with an injury but is still expected to be fit enough to face Arsenal. Unfortunately for Kompany, though, Nathan Redmond, Luca Koleosho and Lyle Foster are all expected to miss out.

Jordan Beyer has a thigh injury that may sideline him, but Charlie Taylor should recover from his shoulder knock in time.

It seems likely Oleksandr Zinchenko won't be fit enough to play against Burnley, having also missed out at West Ham. Takehiro Tomiyasu didn't return in that game but may make the bench here.

Gabriel Jesus and Emile Smith Rowe are fighting to shake off knocks but neither are currently expected to start, while Jurrien Timber, Thomas Partey and Fabio Vieira are long-term absentees.

With Jesus not expected to return, Leandro Trossard will lead through the middle again rather than Eddie Nketiah.

Burnley vs Arsenal score prediction

There is every reason to believe Arsenal are in for another really big win here. Having put six past West Ham, Burnley may well be fearful about what might be in store for them on Saturday afternoon.

While there could be improvement soon after the arrival of a few January signings, this confident Arsenal team won't give the Clarets an inch and look to be in ruthless mood.

Expect another good performance from Mikel Arteta's side and one that could give their goal difference another chunky boost.

Prediction: Burnley 0-3 Arsenal
