Brighton team news

Fliss Gibbons returned to the Brighton starting XI for the first time since December during Saturday's win over Aston Villa, having been sidelined with a hamstring injury. She could retain her spot in the Seagulls' backline.

Danielle Carter could keep her place up front, facing her former side having spent a decade at Arsenal and firing the Gunners to FA Cup glory in 2016. Speaking on 90min Talks... International Women's Day, the forward described the weekend's visit of Arsenal as 'a nice reunion.'

Arsenal team news

Arsenal will be without Tobin Heath for Sunday's fixture after the USA international had a knee injection. But she is only expected to be sidelined for a couple of days.

Jonas Eidevall confirmed that he otherwise had all players available, meaning Nikita Parris, who sat out the Gunners' last two through injury, is in contention to return.

Brighton vs Arsenal score prediction

Brighton have a habit of frustrating teams - particularly if they don't concede early - as demonstrated by results against Chelsea and Arsenal earlier this season.

Often the key to a good result against Brighton is taking a quick lead, and this can sometimes result in the floodgates opening. With Arsenal's firepower, a high-scoring game could be a possibility.

Prediction: Brighton 1-3 Arsenal
