Brighton predicted lineup vs Brentford

Two of the Premier League's surprise packages clash at the Brentford Community Stadium this Saturday when *checks notes* Brentford take on Brighton.

The Bees are unbeaten after three games of the campaign, having followed up an impressive win over Arsenal on the opening day with credible draws against Aston Villa and Crystal Palace.

Down on the south coast, Graham Potter's possession-based revolution continues to gather pace, and two wins out of three is fine reward for a solid start to the season. The Seagulls have one of the division's most in-form players in Yves Bissouma, and he'll likely be the star attraction when the two clash in west London.

Here's how Potter's Brighton might line up.

1. Goalkeeper & Defenders

Robert Sanchez (GK) - Brighton's goalkeeper was playing League Two football for Forest Green Rovers just over two seasons ago. He's just been capped by Spain and is now the club's undisputed number one.

Adam Webster (CB) - A menacing threat from set-pieces, Webster is also more than capable with the ball at his feet. Often helps Brighton transition into attack with accurate through balls.

Lewis Dunk (CB) - The jewel of Brighton's defence, everything goes a bit awry when Dunk is not around.

Shane Duffy (CB) - Loan spell at Celtic complete, Duffy is back at the Amex and has shown Graham Potter the class that made him a regular under former boss Chris Hughton.

2. Midfielders

Pascal Groß (RWB) - A relatively late convert to the role of wing-back, Groß wasn't getting a look in as an attacking midfielder, but has more than earned his place on the right side.

Yves Bissouma (CM) - Brighton may almost be wishing that Bissouma wasn't playing so well, simply because every big club will be sitting up and taking notice.

Enock Mwepu (CM) - The Zambian was a summer addition at the Amex and is another who looks like he was born to play Potter-ball.

Jakub Moder (CM) - Yet to nail down a regular spot in the first team, Moder has some impressing to do - but he's done a good job so far this season.

Solly March (LWB) - Rewarded for his fine form with a new contract recently, March may need to reach a new level to fend off competition from new signing Marc Cucurella.

3. Forwards

Leandro Trossard (ST) - The Belgian can play in a variety of positions, which suits Brighton's style of play just fine. Quality with both feet.

Neal Maupay (ST) - One of those strikers that has nuisance written all over him, Maupay will give everything he's got in and around the penalty area.
