Best FIFA Football Awards 2023 nominations - revealed
- Haaland and Messi are among the nominees for the men's award
- Bonmati and Kerr have received nominations for the women's award
- Fans can vote on winners until October 6
FIFA has announced nominees in various categories for the 2023 edition of the Best FIFA Football Awards - including best male and female players.
The last 12 months have seen both the men's and women's World Cups take place, with voting for the awards taking into account the period from 1 August 2022 up to and including 20 August 2023.
The other shortlists announced at this stage are for Best FIFA men's and women's coaches, as well as Best FIFA men's and women's goalkeepers.

Fans can vote in the various categories by visiting the FIFA website until Friday 6 October.
When are the 2023 FIFA Puskas Award nominees announced?
Voting for the Puskas Award, given to the best goal scored between 19 December 2022 and 20 August 2023, will be open on the FIFA wesbite from 21 September. Nominees will be revealed then.
