Bayern Munich predicted lineup vs Bayer Leverkusen - Bundesliga

Bayern Munich will look to strengthen their grip on the Bundesliga title race as they host Bayer Leverkusen on Saturday afternoon.
Die Roten seem to have regained a bit of calm after a horrendous week in which they lost to Vfl Bochum before drawing with RB Salzburg, with two wins on the bounce behind them. Following their 4-1 thrashing of Greuther Furth, Julian Nagelsmann's side manoeuvred their way past a tricky fixture to earn a 1-0 win against Eintracht Frankfurt last time out.
Sitting eight points clear at the Bundesliga summit, they face another tough test in the shape of third-placed Bayer Leverkusen. Here's how the hosts could set out.
1. Goalkeeper & defenders
Sven Ulreich (GK) - Despite Manuel Neuer's return to training this week, Ulreich should keep his place for now.
Benjamin Pavard (CB) - Set for a 14th successive Bundesliga start this weekend.
Niklas Sule (CB) - The man destined for pastures new in the summer will likely continue in defence with the suspension of Lucas Hernandez.
Dayot Upamecano (CB) - The Frenchman's absence should see compatriot Upamecano start on the left of a back three for the visit of Leverkusen.
2. Midfielders
Serge Gnabry (RM) - Enjoying a very good season, boasting ten goals and four assists in his league campaign thus far.
Joshua Kimmich (CM) - Has largely been imperial since recovering from his Covid-19 implications, and will certainly continue at the heart of the side.
Marcel Sabitzer (CM) - With Leon Goretzka and Corentin Tolisso both out of contention once again, Sabitzer should be afforded a third consecutive start.
Kingsley Coman (LM) - In brilliant individual form at the moment, at times showcasing his thrilling best while registering six goal involvements in his previous nine appearances across all competitions.
3. Forwards
Thomas Muller (RF) - Should come straight back into the fold after returning from his Covid-19 isolation period.
Robert Lewandowski (ST) - Muller's return will be music to Lewandowski's ears, as he is currently enduring a huge one-match goal drought - having notched 12 in his nine prior outings.
Leroy Sane (LF) - Has really disappointed of late, but will be keen to get back on track and recapture his early-season form after getting the match-winner last time out.
