Another day, another reminder of just how far Barcelona have fallen.

This time, it was a pitiful 1-1 draw with La Liga minnows Granada, in which Barça required a last-minute header from Ronald Araujo to avoid defeat. Wow.

Prior to the centre-back - who was his side's standout performer by some distance - netting that dramatic equaliser, plenty of amusing things happened.

Barcelona kicked off in shambolic fashion, as has been their trademark flavour in recent years, conceding the opener inside two minutes.

An injury to Alex Balde then left them without a single, fit left-back in the entire squad and Luuk de Jong also came on to put in an all-time worst substitute appearance in the second half. Oh yeah, and Gerard Pique came on up front.

As it was going into the game, the main talking point at full time was the future of Ronald Koeman. He has publicly clashed with president Joan Laporta recently, with the board thinking about letting him go.

Results like this are not likely to do his job security any favours, and nor will his new Sam Allardyce-inspired playing style.

Things may not be looking good for one of Barcelona's Ronalds, but Ronald Araujo's stock has never been higher.

In dire times, teams need players that can lead from the front and he did exactly that. He could have, and perhaps should have, ended the game with more than one goal while he did not put a foot wrong defensively.

Have Barcelona found a new hero? Goodness knows they need one...
