Steven Gerrard will be keen to throw a spanner in the works on the final day of the Premier League as Aston Villa travel to face Man City.

Victory for City would seal their second successive Premier League crown, although a result for Aston Villa would open the door for Liverpool to snatch the title.

Villa could finish as high as 11th and Gerrard will be keen to end his first season as a boss in the Premier League on a positive note.

Here’s how the Villains could shape up.
