Arsenal will look to bounce back from their first defeat of the WSL season this weekend when they face Everton.

The Gunners suffered a last gasp defeat to Manchester United to end their perfect start to the league campaign and are currently contending with a mountain of injury problems, but face an Everton side against whom they have an impeccable record.

Arsenal have won 13 matches in a row against the Toffees - the joint longest winning streak against a single side in WSL history.

Everton team news

Everton have been boosted by the return of Nicoline Sorensen, following over a year on the sidelines with an ACL injury.

Arsenal vs Everton score prediction

Everton gave Manchester City a really good game last time out in the WSL, suffering a narrow 2-1 loss. They have thoroughly improved, particularly defensively, under Brian Sorensen in just a few short months and could prove a really difficult test for this injury-hit Arsenal side.

However, Everton have injury problems of their own, and the Gunners may benefit from having had a rare weekend off. Although it will be a tightly-fought contest, they should just edge it.

Prediction: Arsenal 2-1 Everton
