Arsenal and Liverpool are among the sides tracking Club Brugge winger Antonio Nusa, who has confirmed he rejected the chance to join Chelsea late in the transfer window.

The 18-year-old Norway international is emerging as a top talent in Belgium and, as 90min reported last month, turned down the chance to move to Stamford Bridge after a £25.7m bid was made from Chelsea.

Chelsea will continue to scout Nusa over the coming months but sources have confirmed to 90min that they are not alone in their pursuit of the teenage winger.

In the Premier League, Nusa has attracted interest from Arsenal, Liverpool and Newcastle United, all of whom have scouted him in recent weeks.

Nusa also has plenty of suitors in mainland Europe, where Ajax, Borussia Dortmund, Lyon and Monaco are among the teams to have expressed an interest.

Nusa recently made it clear that, when it comes to a future transfer, his top priority is finding the best place to continue developing his abilities.

"I didn't know about it," Nusa told TV2 of Chelsea's bid. "We had a match that day against Osasuna, so I didn't find out about it until after the match. I saw there was a lot of stuff on my mobile phone. My cell phone exploded after the match. Then I wondered what happened. Then I realised.

"I already knew that it wasn't going to happen [this summer]. But then the money came on the table. Then it was seen in a slightly different way. We had to have another conversation when the money arrived, but we were on the same page, so there was no problem there. I knew what to do anyway, so it was fine.

"Now I'm in a situation where I want the next step, when it happens, to be something I've really thought through. I want to find what is right for me. It is important to me. I think about what is best for me. Right now it's perfect, sort of, so you just don't stress too much, things will come along."
