Antonio Conte has posted a farewell message to Tottenham and the club's supporters after he left by mutual consent.
The Italian's departure was confirmed late on Sunday night after speculation over his role in north London heightened following an explosive press conference at Southampton, in which he targeted his players and those in boardroom roles following a 3-3 draw.
Spurs have confirmed Cristian Stellini will take over as acting head coach until the end of the season alongside assistant Ryan Mason.
It reads: "Football is passion. I would like to deeply thank everyone at Spurs who appreciated and shared my passion and my intense way of living football as a coach.
"A special thought to the fans who always showed me support and appreciation, it’s been unforgettable to hear them singing my name.
"Our journey together has ended, I wish you all the best for the future."
