Manchester United made it three league games without a win at Old Trafford, as they drew 0-0 with Wolves on Saturday.

With the two sides only separated by goal difference, Saturday's meeting was huge. Manchester United looked to return to fifth after Sheffield United leapfrogged them with a win earlier on Saturday, while Wolves could move up three spots with back to back home wins.

The first big news of the afternoon came in United's lineup, with new signing Bruno Fernandes in to make his debut. The highly anticipated Portuguese finally completed his move from Sporting on Wednesday, to the delight of all Red Devils fans.

Wolves were lively in the first half, but couldn't get past David de Gea in goal. Adama Traore was especially lively for the Wanderers, while Raul Jimenez was struggling to leave his mark.

All eyes remained on Fernandes, who was having a decent game for the Red Devils. While he couldn't find the net with the string of opportunities he had, his movement on and off the ball and pinpoint passing was a breath of fresh air in an often deflated United side.

The inaugural winter break gives both sides a much needed break, as both have one weekend rest. Manchester United travel to the capital to face Chelsea on 17 February, while Wolves will host Leicester City in Friday night football on 14 February.
