Bayern Munich will be forced to decide between signing Philippe Coutinho or Kai Havertz next summer as the club looks to complete a deal for Manchester City winger Leroy Sané.
The Rekordmeister were close to signing Sané before the start of the season but the Germany international picked up a long-term injury which stopped the move, forcing Bayern Munich to complete late loan deals for Coutinho and Ivan Perišić.
Bayern Munich are still interested in taking Sané off Pep Guardiola's hands, but German media outlet Bild have outlined that the reigning Bundesliga champions will be forced to make a tough decision surrounding two of their other targets.
The club are looking to spend €300m on two new marquee players and Sané looks the most likely to be at the top of their wishlist.
90min revealed during the summer transfer window that Sané was interested in leaving Manchester City to join Bayern Munich.
It now appears that the Germany international is pushing for a deal to be completed next month and Manchester City could even lower their initial £137m asking price as Sané only has 18 months left on his contract.
The problem for Bayern Munich is that there are two more names on their transfer wishlist for next year; Coutinho and Havertz.
Coutinho is currently in Bavaria on a season-long loan from Barcelona, which includes an option to make the move permanent for €120m - that's on top of the initial €8.5m loan fee.
The Brazil international has impressed in a handful of different roles at the club, scoring seven goals and getting the same number of assists across all competitions this season.
Coutinho's ability to play either in behind Robert Lewandowski or out on the left have made him a genuine target for the club, but Bayern Munich also want to sign Bayer Leverkusen wonderkid Havertz.
The 20-year-old is one of the most highly-rated players on the planet after scoring an impressive 17 Bundesliga goals from midfield last season - the same amount as Marco Reus and Luka Jović.
Bild's Christian Falk claims that while Bayern Munich could afford to sign two of their three targets, a decision has to be made between signing Coutinho or Havertz.
