Barcelona have confirmed they will be without Ansu Fati and Arthur for their trip to Mallorca on Saturday evening.
The pair have each played nine La Liga matches so far this term, with 17-year-old Fati earning plenty of plaudits during a breakout season. However, he picked up a knee injury in training ahead of the clash with Los Bermellones, while Arthur hobbled off midway through La Blaugrana's victory over Atletico Madrid on Sunday.
Barça announced the news on their official website, with the Catalans revealing Fati and Arthur had trained away from the rest of the squad during preparations for the weekend's action.
The teenager has made a total of 11 first-team appearances in 2019/20, scoring two goals and grabbing one assist in that time.
Manager Ernesto Valverde fast tracked Fati into the senior setup in the early stages of the campaign following injuries to several star players, including Lionel Messi.
Arthur, meanwhile, has featured heavily for the Catalans since joining from Gremio since signing for a fee of €31m plus add-ons in the summer of 2018.
The Brazilian was handed a start for the heavyweight meeting with Atletico in Barcelona's most recent fixture. However, he was unable to finish the match due to a groin issue, with Messi hitting the only goal of the game to keep his side at the top of La Liga.
La Blaugrana are ahead of fierce rivals Real Madrid on goal difference alone, though they have a one-point advantage over third-placed Sevilla, with Valverde's men a further four in front of Real Sociedad in fourth.
The first Clasico of the season was due to take place in late October, but has been delayed until 18 December after rioting in Catalonia, meaning both Barça and Los Blancos have a game in hand on those around them.
