As if there was any doubt beforehand, Wednesday night's Merseyside derby confirmed which side of Liverpool has Bragging Rights™ in the city.

Jurgen Klopp and the baying Kop watched their beloved Reds rip Everton apart at Anfield as Divock Origi grabbed himself a brace, Mane sizzled and squad players shone to help the Premier League leaders to a 5-2 triumph over their rivals.

There's little feeling better than winning the Bragging Right™ and boy did the Reds brag. Here's how they reacted on social media:

Gini Wijnaldum - who put the icing on the cake with a 90th-minute strike - was clearly loving it...

He'd been partnered with Adam Lallana and James Milner in a midfield three, and the latter was equally pleased with the result...

As the only member of Liverpool's frontline with a Twitter account, Xherdan Shaqiri had to do the honours on behalf of his two strike partners...

Central defensive leader Virgil van Dijk summed his feelings up in just a handful of words (and an emoji)...

Yes, Liverpool are indeed on fire, though the star of the show was no doubt Origi...

Nevertheless, it was the club's official account who celebrated longest and hardest...

And they also knew to bow before greatness...

The Liverpool bandwagon rolls on, and on, and on...

Are we witnessing another invincible season in the Premier League?
