Everton and Crystal Palace are among the clubs preparing to first for £12m-rated Nottingham Forest youngster Matty Cash.
Forest are enjoying their best start to the season for several years and currently sit fifth in the Championship, just three points off the automatic promotion places.
Cash has been an integral part of Forest's success this season, starting 14 games and chipping in with two goals and two assists from right-back.
It is Cash's versatility that has impressed Premier League scouts the most. Although he has made the right-back spot his own this season, Cash originally broke into the Forest first team as a midfielder.
However, the Toffees are not the only Premier League side sniffing around the Nottingham Forest full-back.
Cash joined Nottingham Forest from the FAB academy in 2014 after being released by Wycombe Wanderers, making his debut as a 19-year-old at the start of the 2016/17 season, following a loan spell at Dagenham and Redbridge the previous year.

This is not the first time the 22-year-old has been linked with a move away from the City Ground. In November 2016, Chelsea were reported to be preparing a £5m bid for Cash. During the 2017 January transfer window, RB Leipzig made a £6m offer of their own, but he opted to remain at Forest and signed a contract extension until 2021.
Having turned down the opportunity to play for Leipzig three years ago, whether Cash would be tempted by a move to the Premier League remains to be seen.
It would be a real statement of intent and ambition if this struggling Everton side were able prise Cash away from Forest midway through the club's promotion push.
