Chelsea vs West Ham: Manuel Pellegrini's Best Available Hammers Lineup

West Ham face Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Monday night, as they look to bounce back from last week's defeat.

The Hammers lost 2-0 to Everton last Saturday, as they dropped down to 11th in the Premier League table. They will also be eager to improve their away form, having lost their last six games away from London Stadium.

Manager Manuel Pellegrini remains without five key players, as Andy Carroll, Andriy Yarmolenko, Jack Wilshere, Winston Reid and Carlos Sanchez are all still sidelined with long term injuries.

Here's a look at Pellegrini’s best potential West Ham lineup to face Chelsea.

1. Goalkeeper and Defenders

Lukasz Fabianski (GK) - Fabianski will continue to start in goal for West Ham, having been one of the Hammers' standout players this season. The Polish international has made more saves than anyone else in the Premier League, as well as keeping five league clean sheets.

Pablo Zabaleta (RB) - It should be Zabaleta deployed out wide in defence, as he makes his 25th appearance this campaign. The Argentine is yet to score for the Hammers this season, though has been key at the back for Pellegrini's side.

Angelo Ogbonna (CB) - Ogbonna will retain his place at centre back on Monday, as the Italian continues to establish himself at the back. The 30-year-old has been very consistent in defence, making 25 appearances this season.

Issa Diop (CB) - Diop will once again partner up with Ogbonna, making his 35th appearance of the season. Since joining from Toulouse last summer, the 22-year-old has excelled for West Ham and earned plaudits for his solid defensive ability.

Aaron Cresswell (LB) - Pellegrini will start Cresswell at left back, as he makes up the regular West Ham back four. The English defender has made 22 appearances this season, notching up two assists in the process.

2. Midfielders

Declan Rice (DM) - After earning his first England call-up last month and excelling on his international debut, Rice will start in front of the Hammers' defence. The 20-year-old has made 33 appearances throughout the season, playing every minute of their last 28 league games.

Robert Snodgrass (RW) - The Scottish winger looks likely to start out wide against Chelsea, as he looks to extend his goalscoring tally this season.

Mark Noble (CM) - West Ham's captain will sit at the heart of the midfield as per usual on Monday night. Despite injury problems stunting his season, Noble has excelled when playing, with three goals and three assists.

Manuel Lanzini (CM) - After a very lengthy layout due to injury, Lanzini is beginning to re-establish his spot in the Hammers' midfield. The Argentine has only made six appearances this season, though he will be eager to regain his fitness in the final few weeks of the season.

Felipe Anderson (LW) - Anderson will make up West Ham's attack at Stamford Bridge, as he looks to reach double figures for his goalscoring tally this season.

3. Forward

Marko Arnautovic (FW) - With Arnautovic's ongoing transfer saga paused following the January window, he'll be looking to finish off an excellent season in style. The Austrian has been one of West Ham's standout players this season, with eight goals and three assists this season.
