Chelsea Fixtures: When, Where & How to Watch Every Blues Game Over Christmas

As the Christmas period approaches, Chelsea will face four fixtures in 11 days which could prove to be decisive for their season as a whole.

Maurizio Sarri's side will be keen to continue their momentum following their 2-1 win over Brighton last Sunday. Their Christmas schedule has been relatively generous, as the Blues will not travel any further north than Hertfordshire and face none of the Premier League's top eight.

Here's our guide on how to watch the Blues over the Christmas period.

1. Leicester City (H)

Where: Stamford Bridge

When: Saturday 22nd December 2018, 15:00 GMT

How to Watch: BBC Final Score / Sky Sports Soccer Special / BT Sport Score

Chelsea start their festive schedule at Stamford Bridge, when they host Leicester City. The Foxes travel to London in poor form, with just one win in their last six games and not winning at the Bridge since September 2000.

The Blues have a fantastic recent record against Leicester, losing once in their last 16 meetings in all competitions. Maurizio Sarri's men will be keen to start their Christmas schedule with a win, searching for their third successive league win.

2. Watford (A)

Where: Vicarage Road
When: Wednesday 26th December 2018, 19:30 GMT
How to Watch: Sky Sports Premier League / Sky Sports Main Event / Sky Sports Ultra HD

The Blues travel to Hertfordshire next, as they play Watford on Boxing Day. Sarri's side will be keen to avenge last season's result, as the Hornets stunned then Antonio Conte's Chelsea 4-1 at Vicarage Road.

Watford have won one of their matches against the big six this season, while Chelsea have lost two of their last three away games. It will be an interesting affair at Vicarage Road, as both sides look for a late Christmas gift of three points.

3. Crystal Palace (A)

Where: Selhurst Park
When: Sunday 30th December 2018, 12:00 GMT
How to Watch: Sky Sports Premier League / Sky Sports Main Event / Sky Sports Ultra HD

Chelsea's next away trip sees them cross the Thames to the south of the city, as they face Crystal Palace. The Blues won the reverse fixture in November, as an Álvaro Morata brace saw them cruise to a 3-1 win at Stamford Bridge.

This is another fixture Chelsea will look to gain revenge for, as last season the Eagles won 2-1 at Selhurst Park to end their run of seven consecutive losses. The Blues will look to end 2018 on a high, and hopefully keep up their title pursuit going into the new year.

4. Southampton (H)

Where: Stamford Bridge
When: Wednesday 2nd January 2019, 19:45 GMT
How to Watch: BBC Final Score / Sky Sports Soccer Special / BT Sport Score

Chelsea's Premier League Christmas schedule ends with the visit of Southampton to Stamford Bridge in 2019.

The Blues rolled over the Saints last October in a 3-0 victory, and will hope to repeat that performance to start the new year in the perfect way.

Chelsea have won seven successive games against Southampton, while the Saints have one victory in their last nine attempts at the Bridge. Sarri will hope to take all three points at Stamford Bridge, as he faces an FA Cup third round tie against Nottingham Forest three days later.
