Picking the Best Potential Huddersfield Lineup to Face Bournemouth in the Premier League on Tuesday

Huddersfield will look to bounce back from their disappointing 2-1 defeat to Brighton on Saturday when they visit Bournemouth on Tuesday.

The Terriers took the lead against the Seagulls in the first minute but things went downhill after Steve Mounie's red card.

Here's the team David Wagner could select for Tuesday's clash.

1. Goalkeepers & Defenders

Jonas Lossl (GK) - The Dane has impressed in patches since joining the Terriers initially on loan and then permanently.

Florent Hadergjonaj (RWB) - Made his debut for Switzerland in 2017 but hasn't played internationally since.

Mathias Jorgensen (CB) - Was arguably Huddersfield's best player in the 2-1 loss to Brighton, scoring in the first minute before things went downhill.

Christopher Schindler (CB) - A former Germany Under-21 international, Schindler has been a key figure for David Wagner's side since joining in 2016.

Terence Kongolo (CB) - Has been in decent form so far this season, starting Huddersfield's last four league games.

Erik Durm (LWB) - A summer signing from Borussia Dortmund, Durm was part of the Germany squad that won the World Cup in 2014.

2. Midfielders

Aaron Mooy (CM) - The Australia international is Huddersfield's talisman, recently scoring both their goals in the 2-0 win against Wolves.

Philip Billing (CM) - The 22-year-old is highly thought of at the John Smith's Stadium and has begun to assert himself in their starting XI.

Jonathan Hogg (CM) - Hogg is a hard worker in Huddersfield's midfield and has made over 150 appearances since joining the club in 2013.

Alex Pritchard (CAM) - The former Tottenham man is an injury doubt for Tuesday and Mooy could be pushed further forward if he fails to regain fitness.

3. Forward

Laurent Depoitre (ST) - Huddersfield's failure in their attempt to have the red card dished out to Steve Mounie on Saturday rescinded means Belgium international Depoitre will start on Tuesday.

The Terriers seriously need one of their strikers to start scoring goals and Depoitre has a massive chance to stake a claim for a regular starting spot with a good performance on Tuesday.
