Picking the Best Potential Huddersfield Lineup to Face West Ham in the Premier League on Saturday

Huddersfield welcome West Ham to the John Smith's Stadium this Saturday in the Premier League.

The hosts lie in 18th in the table, having moved off the bottom after beating Fulham on Monday. Their home goal drought of 659 minutes has been broken, but with only five strikes in the Premier League this season they need to find some attacking threat soon.

Here's a look at how the hosts might line up.

1. Goalkeepers & Defenders

Jonas Lossl (GK) - The Dane will command from the back and use his excellent distribution to start attacks quickly.

Florent Hadergjonaj (RWB) - Slightly more defensive orientated than his wing back partner Lowe. Hadergjonaj can still deliver a good cross to target man Steve Mounie.

Matthias Zanka Jorgensen (CB) - A physical presence at the back and difficult to beat in the air in both an attacking and defensive situations.

Christopher Schindler (CB) - The German centre back helped break Huddersfield's goalscoring drought with a header last weekend, although it was ultimately deemed an own goal from Timothy Fosu-Mensah.

Terrence Kongolo (CB) - Kongolo is exceptionally athletic and will need to use his pace and strength to match West Ham front man Marko Arnautovic.

Chris Lowe (LWB) - Although primarily tasked with defending, Lowe does get forward and help out with attacks. He has one assist this season down the left flank.

2. Midfielders

Jonathan Hogg (DM) - The Huddersfield captain will sit in front of his defence and hope to prevent counter attacks. Hogg is the leader of his side and will organise his side scrupulously.

Jon Gorenc Stankovic (DM) - Stankovic is likely to fill in for Phillip Billing who is suspended after picking up five yellow already cards this season.

Aaron Mooy (CM) - Mooy offers the creative flair in Huddersfield's midfield. He has a wide range of passing and can utilise his good set piece delivery.

3. Forwards

Alex Pritchard (CAM) - Pritchard has struggled to find form since arriving from Norwich. He does offer an alternative striking option to target man Mounie with more pace and dynamism.

Steve Mounie (ST) - Mounie is yet to score this season, and has only one assist to his name. The striker needs to start finding the goal if Huddersfield are to avoid defeat.
