Picking the Best Potential West Ham Lineup to Face Huddersfield in the Premier League on Saturday

West Ham travel to the John Smith's Stadium to play Huddersfield Town on Saturday.

The visitors sit 13th in the Premier League having won at Burnley last Saturday, with their hosts Huddersfield Town also coming off a win, having beaten Fulham 1-0.

Here's a look at how the Hammers might line up.

1. Goalkeepers & Defenders

Lukasz Fabianski (GK) - Fabianski has been an excellent asset since arriving in the summer. The Pole has been a very consistent performer in goal.

Arthur Masuaku (LB) - Masuaku and Cresswell are both fighting for the spot at left back, with neither particularly nailing down the position. Manuel Pellegrini has tended to opt for the Congolese defender.

Fabian Balbuena (CB) - Balbuena took a few weeks to adjust to the Premier League but has been a very consistent performer and has formed a solid partnership with fellow new signing Issa Diop.

Issa Diop (CB) - The young Frenchman joined this summer and has been thrust into action, but it hasn't phased him as he has put in some good performances already this season.

Pablo Zabaleta (RB) - The veteran right back has been as driven as ever to prove he has still got what it takes to be a Premier League player. He shows leadership and work rate that drives his team onwards.

2. Midfielders

Declan Rice (DM) - Rice comes into the game as one of the very few fit centre midfield options. He offers good defensive security patrolling in front of the back four.

Pedro Obiang (DM) - Recently returning from injury, Obiang will be crucial in midfield with a diverse range of passing and a physicality to break up and build up the play.

Grady Diangana (RM) - The youngster has come into the side after Andriy Yarmolenko's injury and hasn't looked out of place. He is quick, skilful and offers youthful dynamism on the wing.

Robert Snodgrass (CAM) - The Scotland international has been very impressive since arriving back from a loan move last season. He may be forced to play slightly out of position due to the injuries and suspensions in West Ham's midfield.

Felipe Anderson (LM) - Anderson took some time to get started at West Ham, showing glimpses of his talent. However, his performance last weekend against Burnley was exceptional. It was just what West Ham were expecting, and will want more of the same.

3. Forward

Marko Arnautovic (ST) - Arnautovic will again be tasked with leading the line. The Austrian has been in good form this season, scoring five goals and assisting one. His link up play with Anderson and Diangana last weekend against Burnley was impressive, and the Hammers will want to see the three combine again to devastating effect.
