Leicester City have been lauded by football fans across the world for some of their signings over recent years, particularly those who helped the club defy 5000/1 odds to win the Premier League in the 2015-16 season.
There are plenty of players, some more recognisable than others, who have helped Leicester achieve different levels of glory over the course of the past few years.
Below is a look at the top seven bargains that have been snapped up by Leicester City since the turn of the decade.
7. Christian Fuchs (Free)
One of the most underrated Leicester players of recent years, left-back Christian Fuchs joined the Foxes on a free transfer from Schalke 04 in 2015.
The former Austria captain was a mainstay in the Leicester side during their famous Premier League title victory in 2015-16, and also demonstrated his class and experience as the Foxes progress to the quarter-finals of the Champions League the following season.
While the 32-year-old will be leaving Leicester for the United States next season, his contributions will never be forgotten by Foxes fans, despite the likes of Vardy and Mahrez stealing the limelight.
6. Anthony Knockaert (£800,000)
Anthony Knockaert is a player that many readers may not have expected to see on this list. However, for true Leicester fans, Knockaert is a huge part of the club's recent history.
Following his £800,000 move from Ligue 2 side EA Guingamp in 2012, Knockaert tore the Championship apart as Leicester got to the play-off semi-final against Watford in the 2013-14 season.
Despite missing the penalty that saw Watford go on the counter-attack and secure their place in the play-off final, Knockaert bounced back in style throughout the following season.
He was immense as Leicester won the Championship with style in 2014, rocketing the club back to the Premier League for the first time in 10 years.
5. Harry Maguire (£16.5m)
Harry 'Slabhead' Maguire joined Leicester for £16.5m last summer.
Before he knew it, he became one of the country's key players at this summer's World Cup in Russia, scoring his first international goal in the quarter-final as he helped the Three Lions to a crucial victory over Sweden.
He has now been tipped for a move to a 'big club' (because Leicester are too small, apparently) following his sublime displays for his country.
4. Kasper Schmeichel (£1.5m)
Leicester stopper Kasper Schmeichel is the longest-serving Fox on this list, having been signed by Sven-Goran Eriksson in 2011.
Since joining the club from Leeds United, Kasper has stepped out of his father's shadow and established himself as one of the best goalkeepers in Leicester's history (including Peter Shilton and Gordon Banks)
He is another on this list who has won the Championship and Premier League with Leicester, as well as the fantastic Champions League run - and he has most recently become a World Cup player with Denmark.
Having made 295 appearances to date for the Foxes, he is placed 10th in the list of players who have made the most Premier League appearances for the East Midlands club.
3. N'Golo Kanté (£5.6m)
We don't need to introduce this man.
Let's just take a moment to look at his achievements since his £5.6m move to Leicester in 2015.
2016: Won the Premier League with Leicester City
2016: Made his France debut and won Euro 2016
2017: Won the Premier League with Chelsea and crowned PFA Player of the Year
2018: Won the FA Cup and reached the World Cup final
What a sensational three years it's been for the Frenchman, who was playing in the French third tier as recently as 2013.
2. Jamie Vardy (£1m)
Nobody could have imagined the amazing rise of Jamie Vardy when he became the first £1m non-league player in 2012.
Vardy has made a sensational rise to the top, having had a job making medical carbon fibre splints just a matter of years ago.
The 31-year-old is now a Championship and Premier League winner, a Champions League quarter-finalist and a World Cup semi-finalist.
Having been released by Sheffield Wednesday at the age of 16, Vardy is the perfect example that anybody can achieve great things with hard work.
1. Riyad Mahrez (£450,000)
It's hard to believe that Riyad Mahrez joined Leicester for just £450,000 from French side Le Havre.
The Algerian wizard has just sealed a £60m move to Premier League champions Manchester City, as he looks to win the league for the second time in recent years.
Mahrez has been labelled as 'the best player to ever wear a Leicester shirt' by many Foxes fans. He scored 48 goals in 180 appearances for Leicester as he was part of the sides that achieved Championship and Premier League glory, as well as reaching the Champions League quarter-finals.
Not only is he the best bargain Leicester have snapped up in recent years, but his name will be forever listed on Foxes' folklore.
