Many see football as the 90 minutes on the pitch, the players who steal the show and make the headlines. But behind the scenes, there are thousands of people who all contribute in different ways to make this one of the greatest sports in the world.

In our second series of short films released each week, we’ll be experiencing a Day In The Life of five roles within football, from clubs to the press, to find out what it means to feel unstoppable in their career.

For the third episode in the series we meet David Coles, Head of Goalkeeping at Bristol City FC!

After retiring from a playing career that saw him play at Birmingham City and Yoevil Town, Coles made the move to become a coach, and now heads up a team of 6 goalkeepers at Bristol. With experience as a professional on the pitch, and now as a coach off it, he offers valuable insights and knowledge from both perspectives.

In this interview, 90min is taken through a typical training week at Bristol City, and learns what it takes to make an unstoppable goalkeeper at the professional level.
