Rumours of Hector Bellerin's move to Barcelona have intensified after it's claimed he's bought a house off the Catalan coast.

Barcelona have long been rumoured to be interested in the Arsenal full-back, who trained with the Spanish club between 2011 and 2013, and this latest news follows on from reports Bellerin's family have already returned to Spain.

Bellerin's family have followed the 22-year-old throughout his career, and Spanish publication Sport claim Bellerin wants to play at the Nou Camp next season with Barcelona and is taking the first steps of facilitating the move by moving his family back to their home country.

Previous reports have claimed discussions will not start until early July, with Arsenal asking for a fee of €40m for the defender who broke into the Gunners' first-team squad during the 2014-15 season, going on to make 114 appearances for the club.

However, regardless of any transfer speculation, Bellerin has recently said he does not plan to discuss his future or a possible transfer to Barcelona until after he has finished playing at the European Under-21 Championship.

He said: "I am totally focused on the U21 team and I do not think about anything beyond this European Championship."

The right-back position was a problem area for Barcelona during the 2016-17 season after Dani Alves' departure, with players like Sergi Roberto and Andre Gomes being asked to perform the role despite being recognised midfielders.
