Spanish giants Barcelona and Real Madrid are both keen on signing 17-year-old Porto full-back, Diogo Dalot, according to AS, as per The Sun.
The young starlet is still yet to make his first-team debut for the Portuguese club, but is viewed in high regard by both his employers and potential suitors.
Barcelona are said to have tabled a bid of £8.7m for Dalot, however, Porto have rebuffed their approach, stating that the sizeable bid does not meet their valuation.

As for Madrid, Zinedine Zidane's side are keen to ditch their 'Galacticos' reputation and instead will look to bring in promising young talent, hence their interest in Dalot. The involvement of Marco Asensio and Nacho Fernandez this season reflects their new stance.
Dalot is seen to be the next promising talent to come from the illustrious Porto academy which in recent years, has churned out some superstars.
Flourishing in the youth team, as well as helping Portugal win the U-17 European Championships last year, the teenage sensation is set for a massive future.
The interest from Europe's premier clubs will no doubt enhance Dalot's status, but it is not clear whether he is keen to cross the Iberian border into Spain.
Barca are in desperate need of reinforcements in the full-back areas after Dani Alves' departure.
Wednesday night's comeback king Sergi Roberto has deputised in the role this season but has been exposed way too often.
The Catalan club need to find a natural heir for their departed Brazilian star and acquiring Dalot could be the first step towards solving the issue.
