Huddersfield defender Michael Hefele won't be receiving many offers to do post-match interviews again after his latest slip up.

The German defender provided the 89th winner that saw his Huddersfield side defeat rivals Leeds in dramatic fashion.

Huddersfield took the lead through Izzy Brown, before Chris Wood equalised for Leeds. However, Huddersfield's second half dominance was rewarded when Hefele poked in an Aaron Mooy deflected shot.

The rather shocked presenter tried to get the defender to apologise, however the match winner didn't seem very apologetic when he took to Twitter to thank the fans in a post that evening.

The match will mainly be remembered for the sideline brawl following Hefele's goal, involving Huddersfield boss David Wagner and Leeds coach Garry Monk.

The two clashed after Monk disagreed with Wagner joining in with his players to celebrate the 89th minute winner. However, Huddersfield definitely had the last laugh over Monk and his Leeds side.
