Los Angeles Galaxy are in a good place right now. Sitting second in the Western Conference and the Supporters' Shield standings, Bruce Arena's team is set to reach the postseason. It seems as if it's not a thing of if, but when.
It turns out the Galaxy could reach the playoffs as soon as this weekend. They'll take on the Seattle Sounders, but they could clinch a berth in the 2016 MLS Cup Playoffs if they win the game at StubHub Center.
If they win, it would be Los Angeles' eighth consecutive postseason berth. They have a 11-4-15 record with four contests remaining on the schedule.
That means the team has four games to have Landon Donovan and company ready for the playoffs. There's no doubt the Galaxy will be a tough team to beat come playoff time.
