Manchester United trumped Arsenal 3-2 at Old Trafford on Sunday afternoon to restore a good feeling amongst the supporters and around the ground.
One man who seemed particularly pleased with the Red Devils rousing performance was none other than the club's legendary former boss Sir Alex Ferguson, who was pictured bellowing out 'Glory Glory Man United' after the full-time whistle, the Metro report.
During Fergie's reign, Arsenal and Manchester United were the Premier League's heavyweights and the fierce rivals regularly engaged in battle for glory.
However, in recent years the Red Devils have slid down the table, whilst the Gunners hope to fight off competition from Leicester City and Tottenham to win the title.
Yet, United's victory on Sunday with an under-strength team suggests the tide is turning and now Louis van Gaal will firmly set his attention on getting his team into the Champions League places, starting with a win over Watford on Wednesday evening.
