FBL-ENG-PR-STOKE-MAN UTD

Manchester United youngster Andreas Pereira is open to leaving the Red Devils on loan.

The 20-year-old has played 78 minutes of senior league football all season.

"I'm a United player,[but] I've seen in the press that there are various other clubs interested," Pereira told GloboEsporte.

"I don't know if United want to loan me out but I'm working hard to get more opportunities. It's their decision."

18:50 - OWLS CLOSE ON HOOPER

According to Sky Sports, Norwich have agreed to sell striker Gary Hooper to Sheffield Wednesday.

The 27-year-old recently completed a successful loan spell at Hillsborough, during which he scored six goals in his final six matches.

Hooper's Carrow Road contract expires in the summer, and this week's signing of Steven Naismith keeps him low in the club's pecking order.

18:40 - DONE DEAL

Huddersfield have pulled off a coup by landing Algeria international Karim Matmour on a free transfer.

The former Borussia Monchengladbach playmaker, who appeared against England at the 2010 World Cup, left Kuwaiti side Al-Arabi in October.

"It is not normal that we would be able to get a player of his quality with no transfer fee," Terriers boss David Wagner told the club's website.

"He can play in all four attacking positions; on the right, on the left, as a number 10 or number nine.

"This strengthens our forwards and will help me make good decisions to keep them fresh."

18:30 - NEW CONTRACT

Bournemouth right-back Simon Francis has signed a new three-year deal with Eddie Howe's side.

The 30-year-old has been an ever-present this season, even filling in for the injured Tommy Elphick as captain.

17:45 - DONE DEAL

An interesting sibling rivalry is brewing in the East Midlands, after Des Walker's son Lewis joined Derby County from non-league Ilkeston FC.

Lewis' older brother, Tyler, is currently on the books of fierce rivals Nottingham Forest.

17:05 - STOKE BID REJECTED

Cardiff City v Burnley - Sky Bet Championship

Burnley have knocked back Stoke's £7m offer for former Manchester United defender Michael Keane, according to the Mirror.

The Clarets have been trying to sign Brentford's James Tarkowski in the meantime, reports claim.

17:00 - CASUALTY: WARD

Bournemouth's Elliot Ward has had his Dean Court contract terminated in order to reunite with his former Norwich boss Paul Lambert at Blackburn.

16:55 - DONE DEAL

Out of favour Leicester striker Andrej Kramaric has joined Hoffenheim on loan until the end of the campaign, according to Sky Sports.

The Croatian has struggled for opportunities since moving to the King Power in a £9m deal a year ago.

15:35 - DONE DEAL

Trotta

Del Boy and Rodney's exotically-named cousin Marcelo Trotta has joined Serie A side Sassuolo from Avellino, after scoring 10 goals in 22 appearances this season.

The Italian left Fulham last summer after spells in the Football League with Watford, Brentford and Barnsley.

15:30 - DEAL OFF

AC Milan v Bologna FC - Serie A

AC Milan striker Luiz Adriano will not be moving to China this month, and cited a lack of salary guarantees from Dan Petrescu's Jiangsu Suning as the reason why.

"It's not true what you're saying. I never asked for more money once I arrived in China," the Brazilian told Calciomercato.

"I actually would not have had any guarantees over my salary. They did not want to put a precise amount in my contract. I don't work that way and that's what stopped me signing for Jiangsu Suning."

14:15 - DONE DEAL

West Ham confirm what their co-chairman's g̶o̶b̶s̶h̶*̶t̶e̶ ̶o̶f̶ ̶a̶  son revealed earlier: Sam Byram is a Hammer.

It's a four-and-a-half-year deal for the former Leeds defender, who's cost the Irons an undisclosed fee in the region of £4m.

13:20 - DONE DEAL

From one Sullivan to another now...

Sully

No, not him. I'm talking about David's son Jack, who says Sam Byram's transfer from Leeds to West Ham is now complete.

13:15 - WEST HAM LAUNCH STRIKER LOAN BID

Hammers co-chairman David Sullivan told Sky Sports on Tuesday they hope to bring in a striker who plays in a "strange league" - could Emmanuel Emenike be the player in question.

Well, yes, according to reports on Wednesday.

FBL-TUR-FENERBAHCE-GENCLERBIRLIGI

A move for the Nigerian could be complicated, however, as he is already on loan at UAE side Al Ain from Fenerbahce.

12:55 - CHELSEA CLOSE ON PATO

ESPN Brazil report that Corinthians striker Alexandre Pato is heading to Chelsea for £9m.

£9m for a player whose name literally translates as Alexander Duck? They must be quackers!

12:40 - WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT ALLEN

Swansea have approached Liverpool over the potential re-signing of Joe Allen, according to Wales Online.

However, the Reds are reported to have told the Premier League strugglers they'll have to wait until the summer to do business.

11:50 - DONE DEAL

Sunderland striker Danny Graham has joined Blackburn Rovers on a half-season loan.

The 30-year-old may have had a tough time of it in the Premier League, but his Championship record certainly scrubs up - he scores slightly over a goal every three games there.

11:45 - DONE DEAL

The changing of the Garde continues...

Aston Villa have loaned defender Jose Angel Crespo to Rayo Vallecano until the summer, a day after allowing fellow left-back Joe Bennett to join Sheffield Wednesday.

11:40 - MEDICAL

Bournemouth's Yann Kermorgant is on his way to Reading according to Sky Sports.

A.F.C. Bournemouth v Tottenham Hotspur - Premier League

The 34-year-old signed a new deal at Dean Court last summer, but the recent additions of Benik Afobe and Lewis Grabban (Kermorgant's one-time strike partner) have nudged him down the pecking order.

11:35 - TOURE'S AGENT SPEAKS

It's a little out of character, I know.

FBL-ENG-PR-MAN CITY-CRYSTAL PALACE

Dmitri Seluk, who represents the Manchester City midfielder, says his client is ready to listen to offers from other clubs - but not until the summer.

"He will not move in January," Seluk told SportItalia. "However, in the summer things can change. We are ready to listen to any offers that are on the table."

11:30 - ZARATE TALKS UNDERWAY

...for the transfer of West Ham's Mauro Zarate to Fiorentina, according to Sky Italia, with Bologna also said to be interested.

West Ham United v Stoke City - Premier League

Apparently, the deal would be a loan initially, with the option to buy the player outright in the summer. The Hammers reportedly want €3m. for the Argentine.

11:25 - DJILOBODJI DEAL CLOSE

Chelsea's Papy Djilobodji is due to arrive in Bremen on Wednesday, ahead of a loan move until the summer, according to German Sky.

Poor Papy has played just minutes for the Blues, in a League Cup tie against Walsall in September.
