The transfer chat continues despite Premier League action returning this weekend, with a number of clubs lining up their targets for January and next summer.
Here's a round up of Sunday's headlines.
10. Top Clubs Already Interested in Andrew Robertson
Hull manager Steve Bruce has admitted that the Premier League's top clubs have already made their interest known in left back Andrew Robertson, according to the Mirror.
The Scot only moved to Hull for just shy of £3m in the summer, but his value has now sky-rocketed to £12m. The 20-year-old has been the subject of a series of phone calls already this season, according to Bruce.
He said: “There has already been one or two with phone calls asking ‘to keep me informed’. That’s always the first stage.
“I had it with (Wilson) Palacios when I was at Wigan and then (Antonio) Valencia when he went off to Man Utd. And if this kid keeps performing the way he is then it might become inevitable."
9. Lambert Could Make Shock Saints Return
Rickie Lambert may end up moving back to Southampton on loan in January to boost his chances of staying in the England squad, the Express reports.
Lambert has seen his chances at Liverpool limited since he joined from the Saints in the summer, given Brendan Rodgers' perseverance with Mario Balotelli. Liverpool are thought to be on the lookout for another striker to solve their problems in front of goal, and Lambert could be a casualty.
8. Hammers to Make January Approach for Samp Star
Sam Allardyce will ramp up his interest in Sampdoria's Pedro Obiang in the January transfer window, according to SportItalia.
The midfielder has been in impressive form in Serie A so far this season, but the Hammers have grown in confidence that they can reach a deal for the player in the new year - despite missing out on him in the summer.
Sampdoria are said to be open to selling the Spaniard if the price is right.
7. Everton Eye Montoya Loan Deal
Martin Montoya has emerged as a loan transfer target for Everton in January, report the Mirror.
The Spaniard is said to not be a part of Luis Enrique's long-term plans in the Barcelona team, and the Toffees have made the first move ahead of a host of clubs by enquiring about his availability.
The report claims that Montoya may be available temporarily in the new year, though a £6.5m deal may be reached if the loan deal goes according to plan.
6. Atletico Madrid Ready to Sell Miranda to United
Manchester United are ready to launch a £20m bid for Atletico Madrid's Miranda in January to ease their defensive problems.
Miranda was a key part of the Atleti side that won the league last season, but the emergence of Jose Gimenez as a potential replacement may convince Diego Simeone to cash in. Fichajes report though that Miranda is happy in Spain.
He said recently: “I think that it’s normal footballers to leave the club when they have found success.
“Staying at Atleti was the best for me and my family. I’m very happy to be at Atleti. I love Madrid and this is a great club.”
5. Gunners Still Want Fabian Schar
Arsene Wenger will launch a bid for Basel defender Fabian Schar in January to solve his problems at the back, according to the Star.
A number of Italian clubs are also interested in the Swiss international, though Arsenal are thought to lead the race for the player. Schar is said to be worth around £10m, though with his contract expiring at the end of the season he could move in a cut-priced deal.
4. Saints Set to Raid Mane's Old Club for Kampl
Southampton fancy their chances of signing £5m rated Kevin Kampl in January ahead of Arsenal, according to the Mirror.
The Slovenian international - who played against England recently - has had his heart set on a move to the Emirates though it is believed St. Mary's is a more likely destination for him.
Kampl currently plays for Red Bull Salzburg, and is a former teammate of new Southampton signing Sadio Mane.
3. Manchester United Ready to Let Herrera Leave in Shaqiri Exchange
The Express seem to think that Ander Herrera's Manchester United career could end soon, as Louis van Gaal could let him leave for Bayern Munich in exchange for Xherdan Shaqiri.
Bayern are said to be interested in Herrera - who only moved to Old Trafford in the summer - making just five appearances so far. The £30m man is a target for Pep Guardiola, who is looking to bring in new players given the injury problems he currently has.
Shaqiri has been targeted by Liverpool as well as United, but Bayern could offer £7m plus the Swiss international to convince United to sell.
2. Liverpool Want £10m Redmod to 'Rescue' Season
Brendan Rodgers is scouting Norwich winger Nathan Redmond as he considers making a £10m January bid for the England youngster.
The Star claim that Rodgers thinks Redmond can have a similar impact to Raheem Sterling, as Liverpool look to lack pace in their attack. Norwich are determined to keep the player and rejected a £5m bid from Southampton last summer, though Liverpool may convince them to sell with a bumper bid.
1. Chelsea To Make £20m Seamus Coleman Offer
Chelsea will wait until next summer to make their move to sign Everton right back Seamus Coleman, report Mail Online.
Blues manager Jose Mourinho is said to be a fan of the Republic of Ireland star, who has proven himself as one of the best right backs in the league since moving to Goodison Park.
The Toffees could end up making a handsome profit on a player they signed for just £60k in 2009, with the aforementioned Martin Montoya said to be a potential replacement for the 26-year-old.
