La Liga giants FC Barcelona will be entering the UEFA Champions League's 2021-22 season's draw on Thursday as they ready themselves for life without Messi in Europe's premier club competition.

With Messi leaving the club, Barcelona have Sergio Aguero, Memphis Depay, Antoine Griezmann, Pedri and Ansu Fati still in their squad, which is quite talented to be honest.

Today we take a look at all the probable scenarios for FC Barcelona's group stage opponents ahead of the Champions League draw on Thursday.

Here's a look at all the pots:

Pot 1: Chelsea, Villarreal, Atletico Madrid, Bayern Munich, Inter Milan, Lille, Sporting Libson, Manchester City

Pot 2: Real Madrid, Barcelona, Juventus, Manchester United, PSG, Liverpool, Sevilla, Borussia Dortmund

Pot 3: FC Porto, Ajax, RB Leipzig, Atalanta, Zenit, Benfica

Pot 4: Club Brugge, Young Boys, AC Milan, Malmo, Wolfsburg.

Who can FC Barcelona draw in their group?

FC Barcelona are seeded in Pot 2 which means they will not be facing any of the teams from that pot in the draw. Additionally, they also cannot be pitted against Villarreal or Atletico from Pot 1 due to competition rules for teams from the same confederations.

That means the Catalan giants will face one of Chelsea, Man City, Bayern, Inter, Lille or Sporting from Pot 1.

Two teams are yet to be confirmed in Pot 3, but Barcelona could be drawn against any of the teams from this section.

Three teams are also to be confirmed in Pot 4, but as was the case in Pot 3, Barcelona can face any of these teams in their group.

Pot 3 or 4 to be confirmed: Besiktas, Dynamo Kyiv, RB Salzburg/Brondby, Monaco/Shakhtar Donetsk, Dinamo Zagreb/ Sheriff Tiraspol
