With clubs across Europe currently involved in strengthening their squads in the summer transfer window, it is also important to know when will the window actually shut.

Players like Romelu Lukaku, Jadon Sancho and Raphael Varane have made big money moves to the Premier League this summer in what has been an incredible transfer window up till now. Jack Grealish moved to Manchester City for a mammoth £100m.

Then we move to what has been happening in the last couple of days with Kylian Mbappe and Cristiano Ronaldo's transfers.

As of today, Ronaldo is heavily linked with a transfer to Manchester City.

However, there's not much time remaining in order for big transfers in the Premier League to take place.

So, when does the summer transfer window in the Premier League close?

The Premier League's summer transfer window will shut down on Tuesday, 31 August, 2021, at 11pm BST. (early morning 1st September IST)

Till when will the rest of the top leagues across Europe continue to do transfer business?

Ligue 1, Serie A, La Liga and Bundesliga clubs too have until 31 August to make transfers this summer.

No matter what happens, the 2021-22 summer transfer window will surely go down as one of the most epic windows of all time.
