The summer transfer window is already heating up as managers eye new recruits to strengthen their squads. Harry Kane is still intent on leaving Tottenham, with the likes of Manchester City, Manchester United, and Chelsea all interested.
Real Madrid have filled their vacant managerial spot by bringing back Carlo Ancelotti, who spent the last season with Everton.
Liverpool have already made their move in the market by signing RB Leipzig defender Ibrahima Konate, and will be looking to bring in a few more reinforcements too. United have gone ahead and brought in Sancho and many other top clubs are being linked with big names.
With that, here are the top transfer rumours of the day.
City ready to spend £127m on Kane
Manchester City are willing to meet Tottenham's asking price for Harry Kane as they look to lure the striker to the Etihad Stadium ahead of the new season.
Spurs have insisted that Kane is not for sale this summer and have previously turned down a £100m offer from the Premier League champions. However, according to The Guardian, an offer of £150m might be enough to tempt Daniel Levy into letting his prized striker leave.
Mbappe expected to stay at PSG
Angel Di Maria has claimed Kylian Mbappe will remain at Paris Saint-Germain. Mbappe has been linked with a move away from the French capital, with Real Madrid touted as a potential destination. But Di Maria believes the recent acquisition of Lionel Messi will convince Mbappe that PSG is the right place for him.
"Mbappe? I think he stays," Di Maria told ESPN. "It's obvious that he's a player that all the big teams want but with the team that PSG has now, I don't think he's going to leave. I don't think he will find a better team anywhere."
Madrid offer Odegaard
Real Madrid are reportedly open to selling Martin Odegaard for £34m this summer, according to Goal.
Arsenal have been linked with a move for Odegaard, who spent six months on loan at the Emirates Stadium, but his long-term future remains very much up in the air ahead of the 2021-22 campaign. The report claims that the club are open to receiving bids for the Norway international.
Chelsea rejected Lewandowski offer
Chelsea reportedly rejected the chance to sign Robert Lewandowski from Bayern Munich, according to BILD.
The report claims that the Blues refused to meet Bayern's €80m asking price for the 32-year-old due to his age. Lewandowski now looks set to remain at Allianz Arena until his contract expires in 2023.
