The summer transfer window is approaching fast and as the Premier League is slated to finish on Sunday, May 23, the transfer window is most likely to reopen on Monday, June 1.

Top clubs across Europe are still looking to boost their squad ahead of the new season, and clear out their wage bill as well.

With that in mind, here's a look at the latest transfer rumours from around the Europe.

Kane to be offered five-year £80million contract

Manchester City and Manchester United are reportedly both prepared to offer Tottenham striker Harry Kane a five-year contract worth a whopping £80million.

According to the Daily Mail, who quote the Sun, both Manchester clubs are keen on landing the England international as they look to beef up their attacking options. The report further claims that the forward would be offered £300,000 a week on a five-year deal, which would be an improvement of £70,000 from his Tottenham terms.

Chelsea and PSG eye Pjanic

Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly interested in signing Barcelona outcast Miralem Pjanic this summer.

According to French news outlet Le10Sport, Pjanic has been offered to clubs, with Barcelona looking to offload him along with a number of other players. The report adds that Chelsea and PSG are keen on a season-long loan move for the midfielder and have been approached about a move, but will wait until the end of the season to make a play for Pjanic.

Atletico Madrid president wants to re-sign Griezmann

Atletico Madrid president Enrique Cerezo has admitted he would be open to re-signing Antoine Griezmann, but does not expect Barcelona to let him leave before the end of his contract.

“Any team would be crazy about having Griezmann,” the Atletico chief told Spanish broadcaster Cadena Ser. “He’s a magnificent player and I hope to get him back, but I don’t think Barcelona want to sell him. He’s had magnificent seasons here and was built at Atletico.”

Liverpool could land Ramsey for £10m

Liverpool could reportedly sign former Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey for as low as £10 million, according to TuttoJuve.

Ramsey had been previously linked with a return to Arsenal, but the report claims that Ramsey is ‘in Jurgen Klopp’s notebook’ and that the Wales international ‘could head for the Reds’ this summer.
