The summer transfer window is approaching fast and as the Premier League is slated to finish on Sunday, May 23, the transfer window is most likely to reopen on Monday, June 1.

Top clubs across Europe are still looking to boost their squad ahead of the new season, and clear out their wage bill as well.

With that in mind, here's a look at the latest transfer rumours from around the Europe.

Hazard wants Chelsea return

Eden Hazard is reportedly keen on returning to Chelsea in the summer, according to El Chiringuito.

Things have not gone according to plan for Hazard at Real Madrid, and after two injury-ravaged seasons, the Belgian wants to retrace his steps to Stamford Bridge in a bid to rediscover his lost spark.

Bale coy on future

Gareth Bale has revealed he knows where his future lies but admitted that talking about it now would only "cause chaos".

Speaking to Sky Sports, he said: “It will happen after the Euros. I know what I'm doing but it will just cause chaos if I say anything.” Bale spent the last season on loan at Tottenham, and now returns to Real Madrid, whom he is still contracted to until next summer.

Zidane to make decision on future

Zinedine Zidane will reportedly make a final decision on his Real Madrid future in a week's time - according to Marca.

The Frenchman still has one year left on his contract, but has been linked with an exit for a while, and appeared to hint at his imminent departure earlier this month, telling reporters: "There are moments when you have to stay, and others when you have to go."

PSG lead the race for Wijnaldum

Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly leading the race for Liverpool midfielder Georginio Wijnaldum, reports Le10Sport.

The Dutchman is set to leave Anfield as a free agent and said his goodbyes to his team-mates after his side finished third to qualify for the Champions League. Wijnaldum is also reportedly being poached by Bayern Munich and Barcelona.
