Real Madrid are reportedly set to raise their offer for Erling Haaland to fend off competition from Manchester City, according to Defensa Central.

The report claims that the Los Blancos will not match the offer made by the Premier League champions, but believe they can still persuade the prolific striker to pick signing for them over City.

Newcastle & Aston Villa interested in Pogba

Newcastle and Aston Villa are reportedly preparing bids for Paul Pogba according to The Sun.

The Manchester United star is in the final months of his contract at Old Trafford, and has attracted interest from Paris Saint-Germain, Juventus, Real Madrid, and a number of other Premier League clubs.

United urged to sign Roberto Firmino

Manchester United have been urged to sign Liverpool star Roberto Firmino as a replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo. Firmino is out of contract at Anfield next year and has found himself in and out of Jurgen Klopp's side this season, with former United midfielder Kleberson claiming that the Brazilian will fit in perfectly at Old Trafford.

"Roberto Firmino's style would suit Manchester United, especially the way he plays for Liverpool," Kleberson said. "A player with Firmino's quality can help release the team. He's a great player and he'd be a good fit, and a good signing for Manchester United."
