Top clubs across Europe are still looking to boost their squad ahead of the new season, and clear out their wage bill as well.
With that in mind, here's a look at the latest transfer rumours from around the world.
Kane tells Tottenham he wants to leave
Harry Kane has reportedly told Tottenham he wants to leave the club in the summer, after having previously indicated he would be open to a move if Spurs miss out on Champions League football.
According to Sky Sports, the Englishman has expressed his desire to move on during a face-to-face meeting with club chairman Daniel Levy. Manchester United, Manchester City, and Chelsea have been linked with a move for the 27-year-old, but it remains to be seen if any club can match the £150million price tag slapped on Kane by Tottenham.
Palace eye Lampard
Crystal Palace are reportedly considering appointing former Chelsea boss Frank Lampard as their new manager. Roy Hodgson is out of contract with Palace at the end of the season, and according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Palace are in contact with Lampard and his agent regarding the manager's job.
Romano adds that the club are already making transfer plans and are trying to sign Abdallah Sima from Slavia Prague. West Ham have been credited with an interest in Sima, alongside Premier League giants, Arsenal and Manchester United.
Guardiola hints at player exits
Pep Guardiola has hinted that his Manchester City squad could be set for a summer overhaul, and talks will take place with players who may be unhappy with their roles.
“There are players that accept one typical situation in the team and there are other ones that don’t accept it,” Guardiola said. “When they don’t accept sometimes not playing, you can sustain that for one season - a short period - but not for a long period. It’s impossible. In that position, we have to change. We’ll see at the end of the season. We’ll talk with them and we’ll be clear, they’ll be clear, and we’ll decide the best for the players.”
Arsenal end interest in Camavinga
Arsenal have reportedly ended their interest in Rennes midfielder Eduardo Camavinga, claims Express Sport.
The 18-year-old is a top target for several top European clubs, with agent Jonathan Barnett claiming a number of clubs are in the mix for his signature. However, the Athletic claim “there is no chance” Arsenal would be able to pull off a move for Camavinga, who has been linked with the likes of Paris Saint-Germain, Real Madrid, and Barcelona.
