Manchester United to rival Chelsea for Rice
Manchester United have reportedly joined the chance for long-term Chelsea target Declan Rice. According to ESPN, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is keen to continue his overhaul of the squad, and considers West Ham's Rice as a viable addition to his squad.
Chelsea are in pole position to sign the 22-year-old if he is allowed to leave the Hammers, but United have thrown their hat in the ring for the England international. The report claims that David Moyes' side aren't particularly keen on letting Rice leave, and hope a £70 million fee would be enough to ward off interest from interested parties.

Zirkzee was touted with a move to Eintracht Frankfurt, but a red card while playing for the reserves meant his ban would be upheld everywhere in the Bundesliga. The report adds that Carlo Ancelotti is looking to add a backup for Dominic-Calvert Lewin and Richarlison.

Atletico interested in Arsenal star

Alli "unhappy" at Tottenham
Jose Mourinho has hinted that Dele Alli is "unhappy" at Tottenham, but refused to comment on rumours linking him with a switch to Paris Saint-Germain. Mauricio Pochettino is keen on bringing his former player to Paris, but there have been no concrete talks yet.
"In every dressing room are unhappy players,” Mourinho said before concluding, “For sure. If any one of us, of my tribe, tells you that in his dressing room are only happy players, I don’t think it’s true. The question is if I let Dele go without getting a player in exchange and I’m not going to answer that. It’s not a question that I am comfortable to answer. Of course, I would know how to answer. But I am not ready to answer. I am not ready to make public my vision of the situation.”
