Just over two weeks left in the January transfer window, but apart from rumours, there haven't been too many big-name signings yet. The financial impact of the coronavirus pandemic is clearly having an effect on transfers, but deals are still expected to happen this month.

Arsenal have confirmed that Richard Garlick has been appointed as their new Director of football operations and will join the club in the coming months. Garlick to set to leave the Premier League, where he has been director of football since 2018, tasked with overseeing football operations, youth development, young player education, and coaching.
