The Ligue 1 giants are determined to hold on to the 22-year-old amid links to Real Madrid. Mbappe, who will be a free agent at the end of the current season, reportedly has no plans for his future until the campaign ends.
Chelsea open talks with De Jong
Chelsea have reportedly opened talks with Barcelona over a move for Frenkie de Jong, according to El Nacional.
The report claims that the Blues owner Roman Abramovich has even made an offer of €40m, but the LaLiga giants want at least €60m. However, that price could drop further if De Jong's performances continue to slide. Chelsea will need to battle with Bayern Munich who are also eyeing the 24-year-old.
Haaland reveals Dortmund want decision on future
Erling Haaland has revealed that Borussia Dortmund are pressuring him to make a decision on his playing future. Haaland has been linked with a number of top European clubs, and admitted he is unable to focus on playing amid the pressure from Dortmund.
"The last six months, I have chosen not to say anything out of respect for Dortmund," Haaland told Viaplay. "But now the club has started to pressure me into making a decision, but all I want to do is to play football. But they press me to make a decision now about my future. So that means I have to make a decision soon."
