The summer transfer window is already heating up as managers eye new recruits to strengthen their squads. Harry Kane is still intent on leaving Tottenham, with the likes of Manchester CityManchester United, and Chelsea all interested.

Real Madrid have filled their vacant managerial spot by bringing back Carlo Ancelotti, who spent the last season with Everton.

Ronaldo urged to join Lille

Jose Fonte has claimed he asks Cristiano Ronaldo daily to join Lille, and jokingly said he would like to see his friend beat Lionel Messi to the Ligue 1 title.

"It will be even more difficult for us [now that Messi is in France], but we are up to the challenge," Fonte told talkSPORT. "Every day I write to Cristiano Ronaldo to come to Lille. He just answers: 'ha ha ha'. We'll try to use our weapons and I'll try to bring Cristiano back in some way. I'll make a plan! All he has to do is [win] the French title."

Real Madrid not giving up on Haaland

Real Madrid are reportedly not giving up on their chase for Erling Haaland despite being linked with a move for PSG's Kylian Mbappe.

That's according to Goal, who claim the LaLiga giants want to keep their options open, as president Florentino Perez is forever in the market for the very best talent available.

Chelsea accept Roma bid

Chelsea have reportedly accepted a €40m bid from Roma for Tammy Abraham, according to reports.

Roma manager Jose Mourinho is keen to bring the 23-year-old to Italy with Edin Dzeko set to depart for Inter as a replacement for Chelsea-bound Romelu Lukaku.

PSG want Ronaldo to replace Mbappe

Paris Saint-Germain will reportedly look to replace Kylian Mbappe with Cristiano Ronaldo in 2022, according to AS.

Mbappe and Ronaldo will be free agents next summer as neither have agreed new deals yet, and the report claims Ronaldo could join Lionel Messi at the Parc des Princes.
