Barcelona have reportedly joined Real Madrid in the race for Manchester United star Edinson Cavani, according to El Nacional.
Reports have claimed that the Uruguayan is looking for a move away from Old Trafford following the arrival of Cristiano Ronaldo, and could be tempted into making a switch during the January transfer window.

Zidane heads PSG shortlist

Zinedine Zidane is reportedly on a three-man shortlist for Paris Saint-Germain as they eye a potential successor to Mauricio Pocchetino.
That's according to Fichajes, who claim that despite the fact that Pochettino has lost just one game in Ligue 1 this season, the club are targeting Zidane, along with Antonio Conte and Joachim Low.

Four clubs target Werner

Four clubs are reportedly targeting Timo Werner, according to Express Sport.
The Germany international has struggled at Chelsea, and could be offered an out during the January window, by either Atletico Madrid, Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund, or Juventus, who are prepared to offer him a fresh start.

Mbappe considering France retirement

Kylian Mbappe has revealed that he is considering hanging up his boots from playing for the French national team.
"I have always placed the French national team above everything and I will always put it above everything," he told L'Equipe, as per Get French Football News. "I have never taken a single Euro to play for the French national team and I will always play for my national team for free. Above all, I never wanted to be problem."
