The summer transfer window is already heating up as managers eye new recruits to beef up their squads. Harry Kane is still intent on leaving Tottenham, with the likes of Manchester CityManchester United, and Chelsea all interested.

Real Madrid have filled their vacant managerial spot by bringing back Carlo Ancelotti, who spent the last season with Everton.

Liverpool have already made their move in the market by signing RB Leipzig defender Ibrahima Konate, and will be looking to bring in a few more reinforcements too.

Madrid greenlight Varane transfer

Real Madrid have reportedly told Raphael Varane's agents they can hold talks with Manchester United over a summer transfer.

According to Marca, the LaLiga giants have given approval to the Frenchman's representatives to enter into transfer talks with the Red Devils. The report claims that Los Blancos offered Varane the opportunity to sign a new deal, but the 28-year-old has made it clear that he would like to move on this summer.

Chelsea confident of Haaland signing

Chelsea reportedly believe that they can land Erling Haaland this summer, with club owner Roman Abramovich ready to splash some serious cash on the Borussia Dortmund star.

According to ESPN, Chelsea are favourites to land the Norwegian for they believe they have the most attractive Premier League package to offer Haaland. Along with the money, the report adds that Chelsea's position as a squad brimming with expensive young talent is another selling point they can offer to lure top talent to Stamford Bridge.

Fabregas names Benzema replacement

Cesc Fabregas has claimed that Tottenham star Harry Kane would be a perfect replacement for Karim Benzema at Real Madrid.

"For a long time I have felt that Harry Kane would be the perfect replacement for Karim Benzema at Real Madrid," Fabregas wrote in his Telegraph column. "Of course, Benzema showed again at the European Championships that he is not going anywhere and that he is playing very, very well, but the fact I even think Kane is capable of taking over from him in Madrid shows how highly I rate him."

Leeds to announce Firpo signing

Leeds United are reportedly set to announce the signing of Junior Firpo from Barcelona, according to Sport.

The left-back will complete a medical after agreeing terms to complete a four-year £13m move from Spain. Italian giants Milan and Inter were also interested in the youngster, and he was also linked with Southampton.
