The summer transfer window is already heating up as managers eye new recruits to strengthen their squads. Harry Kane is still intent on leaving Tottenham, with the likes of Manchester City, Manchester United, and Chelsea all interested.
Real Madrid have filled their vacant managerial spot by bringing back Carlo Ancelotti, who spent the last season with Everton.
Liverpool have already made their move in the market by signing RB Leipzig defender Ibrahima Konate, and will be looking to bring in a few more reinforcements too. United have gone ahead and brought in Sancho and many other top clubs are being linked with big names.
With that, here are the top transfer rumours of the day.
Barca to keep Griezmann and Coutinho
Barcelona reportedly have no intention of selling Antoine Griezmann and Philippe Coutinho this summer and will only consider "irresistible" offers for the pair.
According to Mundo Deportivo, the club have not put either Griezmann or Coutinho on the transfer list this summer. The report adds that manager Ronald Koeman is keen on keeping the duo as part of his squad ahead of the new season.
Atletico eye Trippier replacement
Atletico Madrid are reportedly bracing themselves for an offer for Kieran Trippier as Manchester United inch closer to signing the player this summer.
The England international played a key role in Los Rojiblancos’ LaLiga title win last season, but according to AS, Diego Simeone is resigned to losing the right-back and has begun eyeing up potential replacements. The report adds that Atletico are lining up Roma's Alessandro Florenzi as a replacement, and could make a bid for him if United make one of their own for Trippier.
Newcastle ask Juventus about Ramsey
Newcastle United have reportedly asked Juventus about Aaron Ramsey's availability this summer, according to Goal.
The former Arsenal star has seen his future in Italy called into question and could be on his way out of Turin, with a return to the Premier League being mooted for a while.
Nagelsmann confident over Goretzka
Julian Naglesmann is confident Leon Goretzka will sign a new deal with Bayern Munich despite rumours linking him with a switch to Manchester United.
"I'm not involved enough that I have a say every day. I stay out of these issues," the 34-year-old said. "Of course I have talked to him about my plans for him. I've told him I'd be happy if he extended and I'm also confident." Goretzka is one of the many players linked to the Red Devils, but the German reportedly wants to stay on at the Allianz Arena beyond 2022.
