The January transfer is here and rumours continue to grow as clubs monitor their mid-season and next summer's targets.

Some big names could be on the move in the coming few months, and we're here to keep you posted on the latest transfer rumours.

With that, here are the top transfer rumours of the day.

Man Utd receive Rice boost

Manchester United have received a boost in their pursuit of Declan Rice, according to the Sun.

West Ham's recent downfall in form might prompt Rice to look for a move away. The Hammers have fallen out of the Champions League spots, and if they miss out on European action next season, Rice could move to a team that will offer him a chance to play in Europe.

Newcastle want Aubameyang

Newcastle have reportedly approached Arsenal for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, reports the Mirror.

The Gabon international has fallen out of favour at the Emirates Stadium and the Magpies want to sign him on loan for the remainder of the season, with the hope of signing him permanently for £20m.

Ancelotti gives Mbappe update

Carlo Ancelotti says he does not know if Real Madrid will sign Kylian Mbappe this year. The Paris Saint-Germain star is free to negotiate a pre-contract with potential clubs this month since his contract expires at the end of the current season.

When asked if his side could try to make move for Mbappe in the January window, Ancelotti said: "I don't know. We think we will continue to fight for titles. [Moving for Mbappe is] the last thing to do, which I think is what will happen on June 30.”
