Barcelona have reportedly made Eric Garcia their top defensive target this summer, but Manchester City want their defender to sign a new contract. The defender, 19, left the LaLiga giants in 2017 to move to the Etihad. And according to Mundo Deportivo, Barcelona are determined him back during the transfer window.

In a shock revelation, Daily Mail have reported that Arsenal captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang tried to make a move to Chelsea during the January transfer window, but the deal fell through because of his wage demands.

Arsenal take on Chelsea in the FA Cup final today, and whether the Gunners win or not could play a huge role in their captain deciding where his future lies once his contract expires.

With that in mind, here's a look at the top stories of the day and we rate them on the scale of 1 to 10.

It’s a risky strategy, as other top clubs are keen on Sancho. The report claims that Solskjaer wants the United board to make a more serious bid for the forward, after a starting offer of £50m was made and quickly rebuffed.
