Barcelona skipper and legendary midfielder, Sergio Busquets has not ruled out moving to the Major League Soccer (MLS) in the future, with OnzeTV3 claiming that the Spaniard could leave Barcelona once his contract expires in 2023.

As per transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano, Busquets has been getting offers from MLS clubs to play in the United States of America since 2021, but he decided to remain with Barcelona and run down his contract before deciding on his future.

David Beckham’s club, Inter Miami, are looking to lure Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez in as well, and Busquets wants to end his career in the USA with the two Barcelona legends. With Busquets now touching 34-years-old, it has been reported that he will more than likely move to a foreign league just like Andres Iniesta and Xavi Hernandez did during the lag end of their careers.

Busquets who came through the famed La Masia academy at Barcelona has spent his entire career with the Catalan giants, making 663 appearances so far while playing a key role in all of the club's success in the recent past, winning eight LaLiga titles, seven Copa del Rey trophies and three Champions League honours.
