Real Madrid are reportedly planning a sensational triple swoop for Kylian Mbappe, Paul Pogba, and Antonio Rudiger in the summer transfer window.
All three players have just over six months left on their current contracts, and will be free to negotiate a pre-contact agreement with interested clubs from January onwards.
Mbappe has been linked with an exit from Paris Saint-Germain for some time now, and a switch to the Bernabeu was touted for the summer. The Frenchman is understood to be Madrid's number one target, and they will likely wait until the summer to swoop him up on a free transfer.
Pogba and Rudiger have also been linked with exits from Manchester United and Chelsea, respectively, and have so far refused to sign contract extensions with their clubs. Rudiger has admitted he wants to continue playing at Stamford Bridge, but reports claim he could be on his way out if their next contract offer does not meet his demands.
Spanish outlet Marca has claimed that United are willing to let Pogba leave for free after trying to tie him down to a new deal for months. Earlier this month, Mino Raiola hinted that his client could be on his way out of Old Trafford by claiming "December is the month of dreams".
Raiola told Rai: "Dreaming is free, I don’t forbid anyone to dream, it’s good. Then let’s see if they come true. December is the month for dreaming with Christmas and the holidays, it’s still too early, let’s see what happens.
“We don’t know why, but when we talk about Pogba in England, even the dead wake up. Some former Manchester United players, if they don’t talk about Pogba and me, they don’t talk about anything. So it’s better not to talk about it.”
