Manchester United interim manager, Ralf Rangnick has reportedly held talks with some of the biggest names in the squad with the DailyMail revealing that he has had one-on-one meetings with them.

Rangnick is understood to have held talks with the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, Paul Pogba and Bruno Fernandes recently amid reports of a rift within the United dressing room, while also meeting with Marcus Rashford last week.

Last week both Harry Maguire and Rashford took to social networking site, Twitter to refute reports of any unrest at United specifically at the charge that there is an English camp which baulks at Ronaldo’s attempted dominance of the dressing room.

The German for his part recently admitted that tensions in the dressing room have been alleviated by clearing out players who wanted to leave in the January window, though he did not mention reports of issues between certain members of the squad.

Despite struggling at times on the pitch this season, the Red Devils find themselves placed fourth in the Premier League table with 43 points from 25 games and will look to solidify their position on the table when they face Leeds United in the league on Sunday, 20 February.
