Portugal legend Cristiano Ronaldo is the highest penalty scorer in club football this century (2000-present).
The Manchester United superstar has been among the goals for over 15 years now. The maestro also has scored the most number of headed goals than any footballer this century along with converting as many as 128 penalties in his club career.
However, Ronaldo's goals from penalties is much higher if his goalscoring for Portugal is included.
